The Christian Community Group is not a company-sponsored network and is maintained by a group of COP employees at the Houston campus on their personal time.
Mission
Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV) 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Approval
In 2017 members received approval from COP to have a Bible study group on company property subject to the following parameters.
1)Must be on your personal time.
2)You may use company resources such as a conference room but any business needs would have precedent to use the space.
3)Cannot communicate using company resources, therefore we use personal email, chat apps, etc.
